BYU beats Ole' Miss

The win was just the end to a wonderful trip. The campus was beautiful. The people could not have been nicer. The tailgating was over-the-top great and our boys represented us very well. Here are a few pics from the weekend.
Entering Campus
Typical Look of buildings on campus. It was so beautiful and well taken care of.
There was a sea of awnings. I wish I had a panoramic view.
The next few pics are just a sampling of how they go all-out when it comes to tailgating and fixing up their tents.
Flags, Flower Arrangements, and Fluff.
Matching tents and chairs
Big Screen TVs everywhere. We caught all the games.
Crystal Chandelier? Are you serious?
Obviously this family though Crystal was too formal so they opted for the wrought iron chandelier
This was typical attire for the men. The little characters on the pants were little Rebels.
Typical attire for the girls. How do you jump up and down and sit at a football game in those dresses?
Dresses were usually in school colors
Families have been coming to the same spots for years. Met one family who had been in the same spot for over 40 years. Had even spread the ashes of a deceased relative at their site. Oh My.
How many satellites does one tent need?
This tent actually had three big screen TV's in it
Huge Floral arrangements
This family decorated their chandelier with different tokens that represented the different teams they play. They had this barbie and a picture of a cougar for BYU. The red shoes were from a game they lost a few years ago in the last second on a bad call. Some lady got mad and threw her red PRADA shoes on the field in disgust.
Notice the red shoes.
Lots of funny signs
Another floral arrangement
Just another type of chandelier
They chanted this cheer many, many, many times
More decorated tents
A Rebel topiary. Seriously?
Wow
They were so generous
"Walk of Champions" is where the team walks through all the fans to the stadium. It was the coolest sight ever.
They even bring yard art
This guys has been coming to this spot for over 40 years. He comes a couple of days early and sleeps in his truck to get it.
This is "Big Steve" I guess he is a legendary tailgater. Notice the 3-cup holders on each side.
Local Missionaries
Walk of Champions. Doesn't even do it justice.
Lots of interesting signs Unbelievable trip. If any of you have pictures you would like to share, please send and we can get them posted. It is fun for those who can't go to the games to enjoy through the pictures.
